Okefenokee Swamp : September 2006 was a terrific time for our second kayak trip through the Okefenokee Swamp. This time we started out in the morning mist and kayaked with at least twice the number of alligators as the first trip. Of course, we're pros in the swamp now, so the gators were more fascinating than scary.
